Return Policy
In the case of any returned equipment, Island Concessions will authorize a pickup on the equipment at the customer’s expense and location. Please call 516-481-5306 to arrange a pick up. This will insure that the equipment has proper insurance and it will also save you, the customer, the time and hassle to haul it to your local shipping location.
Any equipment returned to Island Concessions by the customer under the customer's own shipping choices and not by Island Concessions will be under the liability and expense of the customer and not Island Concessions. If you choose to ship an item back to Island Concessions instead of having Island Concessions issue a call tag, please make sure you have proper insurance on the item. If you choose to send any item back at your expense, Island Concessions will not be liable for any damage or loss during shipping.
There is a 25% restocking fee that applies on all returned machines and carts.
